On certain pages, you are able to post comments on the content of the page. This allows you to quite effectively discuss that content with other users, and submit your feedback to us. You should note that only plain text is accepted when you submit comments; any HTML or Scripts will be automatically removed.

By default, any comments that you post are automatically readable by anyone who subsequently reads the parent document. However, registered users are also able to add private comments which, as the name implies, are viewable only by yourself. These "private annotations" are invaluable if you want to make notes relating to a particular page (analogous to scribbing in the margins of a printed report or book).
