• The email address you are current registered under is displayed in the field labelled: current email address.
  • You must enter your new email address twice (in "change to" and "confirm"). This helps to reduce the chance of you submitting typographical errors.
  • Click "apply" to send your new email address to us, the "current email address" field will then display "AWAITING CONFIRMATION"; at this point, no changes have been made to your account.
  • In order to validate your email address, the system then sends an email to the address you submitted. Within that email, you will find a confirmation URL If your email program has converted that URL into a clickable link, then you can click it and your browser will display a page that confirms that your email address has been changed (if the operation was successful). If the URL is not clickable, then you must copy and paste it into your web browser and, again, a confirmation will be displayed if the operation was successful.
  • Any mailing lists that you may be subscribed to will automatically send email to your new address, you do not need to re-subscribe.
