My Receipts

If ever I were asked to illustrate wasted bandwidth, I know I can always turn to "My Receipts".

Can anyone tell me what the purpose of this website is because I am at a loss? Possibilities I have considered:

• It's a Turner Prize entry
• It's an online archive for the webmaster's accountant to masturbate over
• It's a boast (look how much money I've got to spend)
• er...

At least the webmaster knows that he'll never have to worry about not having an appropriate receipt to hand when he wants to return something.
