I’m glad you liked it Marie - I try! :-) I will include some more snippets of code as the site develops, you can count it. Now get back to your ironing! :-P |
oi watch it you cheeky monkey. |
The silence of the night is invigorating; It brings energy and extra time. When I’m working on the computer and I need to solve a problem, the problem gets fixed faster when I’m working in the dark cold of the night. Don’t know where it comes from, but I’m glad it’s there! The social aspect is a problem though. When other poeple go out, I’m trying to float a header just right in IE. |
“The social aspect is a problem though. When other poeple go out, I’m trying to float a header just right in IE.” Too right [m], but then that means that the beer money accumulates and you get to spend it on lots of cool toys instead! |
Stop drinking the coffee —- that is keeping you awake. |
Life as a “Midnight Programmer” can have its downside - as Brian D Foy has discovered… |
Oooo a strangely evocative post. Very descriptive, I almost feel as if I’m there with you. I program too, but I haven’t yet been drawn into the twilight world you live in and I’m not sure I’d want to either - my husband would leave me!
I must admit though, I know what you mean about the hours dissappearing, that happens to me a lot when I’m programming, or ironing, or doing the dishes ha,ha.
Keep up the good work and don’t wait too long before you publish some more code here. Time_since was invaluable (for me anyway).
