Sorry - my schedule has slipped a little. It’s now 23:15 - I’m hoping to go live with the new design within the next 24 hours…

Argh!!! My schedule has slipped again…

I keep finding little things that I want to fix before I bring the new version online. Therefore, I have decided that I’m not going to record a new schedule - the redesign will go live when I’m happy with everything and not before.

It is coming soon, that much I promise.

Also, I have worked out a way to bring the new version up without any downtime, so there should (fingers crossed) be a smooth and transparent switchover when the time comes.

I’ll keep you updated.

And the whole process was completed without any downtime! A big pat on the shoulder for me.
